We only send the orders after receiving the same, either by bank transfer, direct deposit or credit card (Paypal). We do not send by cash back.


All damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days after delivery. As well as the respective return of the articles must arrive us with the proper original packaging without damages. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, we do not accept anything against a refund.


The partial or total refund of the order value is applicable, always without the value of the shipping costs. The refund can also be used through credit note or gift card to be used within 90 days.


Some products may be unavailable or out of stock at the time you make the purchase due to previous orders or that another purchase is established simultaneously, in this situation the delivery time may vary from 2 to 15 business days depending on the stock of our suppliers or manufacturers.


All orders have a number or tracking code that can be used for consultation in the respective systems of the company that carries out the transport. We are not responsible for the delay in the delivery of your order, as well as loss or other situations that put your order at risk on the part of the carrier.
